Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of Score My Interview (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Score My Interview helps users practice STAR interview answers by allowing them to:

• Submit STAR answers and job context.
• Receive AI-generated scores and feedback.
• Save report cards, notes, favorites, and rescore previous answers.
• Search and download report data for interview preparation.

The Service is an interview preparation tool. It does not guarantee interview performance, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google or Microsoft account you use to sign in.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the Service.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the answers, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI Scoring Disclaimer

Scores and feedback are generated using AI and calibration data. They are intended to support interview preparation, not to provide definitive hiring advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the feedback.

Fees and Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription limits reset on the user's Stripe billing period. You can manage or cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal when available.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.
